The Theatrical Workforce Development Program is Roundabout Theatre Company’s career training program for New York City residents. The Technical Theatre fellowship and the Arts Administration fellowship provide participants with paid minimum wage exposure, skills training, and hands-on work experience in professional theatres. You must be able to commute to Times Square and to theatres across the five boroughs, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be legally eligible to work in the US.
