MNN on 38th offers the latest in production technology with industry-grade equipment in each studio. Our studios are soundproofed and fully equipped with the latest in cutting-edge technology and LED lighting. State-of-the-art robotic and manual 4K cameras, audio, teleprompters, separate studio control rooms, expert crew, virtual scenery powered by Unreal Engine.
MNN on 38th also features a mini studio, a podcast studio, 6 open edit stations and 3 closed edit suites. A closed screening room features an 193” projector screen with surround sound, a ceiling mounted projector, live streaming capabilities, and video production capability. Ideal for media screenings, test screenings, talks, panels, and more. Seats 48.
The Open Space is the destination for all upcoming MNN and MNN partner events. With plans to expand the space in 2025, the Open Space will accommodate more than 200 people and feature full lighting and studio camera recording capabilities to capture the best of New York City's culture.
