Welcome to Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN)! We appreciate your involvement with the country’s largest community media center. We look forward to welcoming you to our facilities, our channels, our classes and our events.

MNN is responsible for administering public access cable TV services in Manhattan and aims to promote localism, diversity and independent non-commercial media. MNN currently operates five pulic access cable TV channels, MNN 1-5. MNN also provides a wide range of media education classes, including editing, camera and studio classes.

MNN is an independent, non-profit organization that is privately funded and privately operated. MNN is not a cable company, a subsidiary of any cable company, or a New York City or New York State agency.

These documents outline policies that apply to all MNN community members, visitors and staff at both our 59th. St. Studios and the MNN El Barrio Firehouse Community Media Center.
