YC Spotlight: “YC on the Streets - Detention Camps”

Ever since the Trump administration instituted a zero tolerance policy at the border, hundreds of families have been separated and detained with no reunification in sight. Nearly 600 children have yet to be reuinted with their guardians and are at risk of being permanently orphaned.

In this week’s YC Spotlight, our youth producers hit the streets to ask fellow New Yorkers what they think of current immigration policies and the way undocumented families are being treated. Tune in to hear why some are against the administration's approach and why others support it completely.
