Irapaul Turner along with his siblings excelled in sports especially boxing. When he lost his match to "Iron" Mike Tyson, Irapaul accepted a childhood friend help to work in the film industry. Upon meeting the iconic filmmaker Spike Lee, Irapaul mastered the rigging grip's craft where an on-the-job injury lead him to discover Team for Kids. It was an immediate life-affirming success that continues to this day.
