YC Spotlight: "#iHaveARightTo FIERCE #ParticipatoryBudget"
Next up for "YC Spotlight," highlighting super important work from the producers at MNN's Youth Channel: "#iHaveARightTo FIERCE #ParticipatoryBudget," coverage of a recent participatory budget meeting hosted by FIERCE, an NYC organization focused on building leadership and power among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) youth of color in the community.
FIERCE hosted a Participatory Budget Neighborhood Assembly so that LGBTQ youth from the West Village could voice their opinions about the changes they would like to see in their neighborhood.
