The first debate between the 2016 presidential candidates is coming up on September 26 and voters are hoping to hear more detailed plans from Clinton and Trump about the future of America.

This Sunday on a special election edition of “Represent NYC,” Gotham Gazette Executive Editor Ben Max, Democratic Political Strategist L. Joy Williams and Republican Political Strategist Richard St. Paul discuss the claims each candidate has made so far and offer a critical analysis of the policies they’ve proposed.

Randall Wray is a professor of economics at Bard College and a senior fellow at the Levy Economics Institute.
