7:00 pm: "Represent NYC" hosted by City Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez

Did you know that on average, vehicles kill or seriously injure a New Yorker every two hours? In January 2014, New York City adopted Vision Zero, "a bold new commitment to improve street safety in every borough." In this new episode of "Represent NYC,"  Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez, who represents New York's 10th City District encompassing Washington Heights, Inwood and the Marble Hill Section of the Bronx, speaks with Community Board 12 Chairman George Fernandez about Vision Zero's impact in Northern Mahattan.

MNN's celebration of Women's History Month continues with a presentation of Dr. Shellie's interview with internationally known Educator and Humanitarian Gertrude Matshe.

9:00 pm: NYC Comptroller's Women's History Month Event

Watch coverage of the March 11 event hosted by NYC Comptroller Scott Stringer, who honored Lisa Price (Founder and President, Carol's Daughter), Sayu Bhojwani (Founder and President, New American Leaders Project) and Malin Falu (Producer and Host, ESPN's "Enterate").
