Welcome back to Clip of the Week! Today we bring you a recent segment from “Fit N Fine with Sheron Mickie,” MNN’s weekly talk show about ordinary people who are fit, fine and doing extraordinary things.

In this episode, our charming host reports from Shell's Bistro (now known as Harlem on Fifth) at 132nd Street and 5th Avenue in Manhattan, where she interviews Eddi "Good and Plenty," a Harlem icon. Eddi hosts "Stars in the Neighborhood," a live show at Shell's every Thursday that features artists in the community-- particularly jazz artists-- and their work.
