Antagovision

Friday means Clip of the Week, and we've got a great one for you today. Have you ever watched "Antagovision," MNN's weekly show in which first-time artists in lower Manhattan show their work and get antagonized? You should.

Produced by writer/artist/independent filmmaker Ethan Minsker, "Antagovision" was born out of Minsker's Antagonist Movement, formed in 2000 as a rejection of commercialism and prevailing art-market standards, fostering new artists through exhibition, networking and mentoring opportunities. Since its inception, the movement has worked with close to 4,000 artists from all over the world.

Today's clip features footage from "Caffeinate and Decimate," an art show with a guns and coffee theme. Check it out for interviews with the artists, shots of their work and much more!

Check out "Antagovision" on Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo and YouTube. And watch the show's cablecasts every Tuesday at 11:00 pm on MNN4 (TWC 67, RCN 85, FiOS 36) and via Livestream at MNN.org.
