59th Street Studios

At Manhattan Neighborhood Network's 59th St. Studios, we offer a robust media education program, as well as state-of-the-art facilities and equipment including open, closed and all-in-one "Express" studios; access to field equipment packages; and a suite of editing bays for use by our certified producers. We frequently host events where producers can network with other certified producers or enhance their media production skills.

On Thursday, November 22, MNN's 59th Street Studios and the MNN El Barrio Firehouse will be closed for Thanksgiving. As a result of this closure:
Starting October 18th, join MNN for our new film series, "The Cinema of Immigration," which will explore the immigrant experience through films that reflect the ethnic and cultural diversity of our nation's history.
On Thursday, August 16th, 32 ambitious students (ages 14-23) will graduate from MNN's Summer Youth Program and become certified community producers. Learn more about the program and join us in congratulating this talented group of young people!
Tuesday, May 15th marked the opening reception for Manhattan Sideways’ photo gallery documenting local businesses in Hell’s Kitchen.
We know it can be tough to find activities that don’t come with a price tag in New York City, but lucky for you, MNN is offering three free events this month at our El Barrio Firehouse. Check it out!
