On the Next Represent NYC: The NYS Budget’s Effect on Manhattan with Assemblyman Robert Rodriguez

The recently passed New York State Budget will bring a number of projects to East Harlem and New York City. On the next episode of Represent NYC, Robert Rodriguez, the New York State Assembly Member in the 68th district of East Harlem/El Barrio and the Upper East Side, and his guests will discuss the state’s major accomplishments in passing the budget, such as minimum wage, paid family leave and education. 

The episode focuses on transportation, the Second Avenue Subway, revitalizing the East River Esplanade and retirement savings. 

Joining Assemblyman Rodrigues are Nick Sifuentes, Deputy Director from the Rider’s Alliance; Anne Wilson, Senior Director of Planning from the Randall’s Island Park Alliance; and Beth Finkel, New York State Director of AARP.
