Talking with NYC Mayoral Candidates

MNN and Gotham Gazette is pleased to bring you Decision NYC with Ben Max. 

Hosted by Gotham Gazette's executive editor Ben Max, this weekly show offers you in-depth one on one interviews with candidates running for office in New York City in 2021.  These one-on-one conversations will help you get to know the candidates, learn about their backgrounds and platforms, where they stand on key issues.   

The 2021 New York City election season is poised to be the most significant municipal election in decades. In 2021 there will be a new Mayor of New York City elected, as well as a new city Comptroller, District Attorneys, Borough Presidents, and many new City Council members.  All of city government is on the ballot, New Yorkers are electing many new officeholders and the next roster of leadership for our city, and with June primaries on the 22nd, we want you to get to know the candidates.   Decision NYC with Ben Max airs Sunday at 9pm on MNN1 and MNN5.  Repeats on Friday at 6pm. 

The first two interviews premiere this Sunday:

Interview with Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams airs at 9PM on MNN1 and MNNHD.   

Eric Adams (D) Adams, a Brooklyn native and former NYPD captain, once served as a state senator for Crown Heights and currently serves as Brooklyn Borough President.

Interview with NYC comptroller and democratic candidate for mayor Scott Stringer airs at 9:30 on MNN1 and MNNHD.    

Scott Stringer (D)Stringer, a Manhattan native, served as Manhattan Borough President and state Assembly member before being elected to his current role, city comptroller.
