WATCH: City Council District 7 Democratic Primary Debate

Ten candidates running in the Democratic primary for City Council in Manhattan's 7th District gathered by Zoom for a debate hosted by Manhattan Neighborhood Network and moderated by Gotham Gazette editor Ben Max.
