She's back! Saturday, November 8th, MNN's 'INSIDE NEW YORK" features an interview with Tony Award winner Lillias White about her new cabaret show, "Grown & Sexy, Part 1," being presented at The Triad at Stage72 on November 10th. Ms. White has the rare distinction of being a quadruple crown (Tony Award, Drama Desk, Outer Critics and Friends of New York Theatre) winner.

"This concert will have an adults-only, speak-easy, blues club-like vibe," says Ms. White. In this interview, Ms. White, who first appeared on "INSIDE NEW YORK" while starring in her Tony Award-winning role in "The Life" (1997), discusses how she got her start on Broadway, her love of theatre, the many challenges and her advice to aspiring performers.

Ms. White most recently appeared in Primary Stages’ Off-Broadway production of "While I Yet Live" by Tony winner Billy Porter. Ms. White’s many Broadway credits include "FELA!," for which she garnered a Tony nomination; "Cats"; "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying"; "Chicago"; "Dreamgirls"; Once on This Island"; "Barnum"; and "The Life."
