Gearing up for the New York State primary elections on September 13th, Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul and her Democratic challenger, Brooklyn City Council Member Jumaane Williams, will debate issues of importance to New York voters and their visions for the office of Lieutenant Governor.

New York, August 27, 2018 - On Wednesday, August 29 at 10:00 am, Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN) is recording  a debate between the Democratic candidates running for Lt. Governor of New York. The debate between Lt. Governor of New York, Kathy Hochul, and NYC Councilman Jumaane Williams, will be held at MNN’s 59th Street Studios (537 W. 59th Street).

Host Ben Max, Executive Editor of Gotham Gazette, will ask the candidates a series of questions, covering a wide range of topics of importance to New York voters ahead of primary day

The debate will be cablecast as part of MNN’s Race to Represent initiative on Thursday, August 30 at 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm, and Sunday, September 2 at 9:00 pm on MNN1 (Spectrum 34 & 1995, RCN 82, FiOS 33) and MNNHD (Spectrum 1993) for Manhattan viewers, and streaming online worldwide at mnn.org. It will also be available for viewing on MNN’s Youtube Channel at 6:00 pm on August 30.
