Coming Up: Spring Quarterly Series Deadlines

A note to MNN producers about Spring Quarter deadlines:

MNN is preparing for the Spring 2014 Quarter, which runs from March 22 through June 22. You will soon receive a form with information about your show that will be sent to the mailing address we have on file for you. Some important information:

--If there are no changes you do not have to send the form back.

• If you do have changes or if you are canceling your program for the Spring Quarter, you must return your form to MNN by no later than 5:30 pm on Friday, January 24.

--Forms may be submitted in any of the following ways:

• By mail: 537 W. 59th St., ATTN: Programming Dept., NY, NY 10019 By fax: (212) 757-1603
• By email: program@mnn.org
• In person: At the Tape Library (M-F, 12:00 pm-8:00 pm; Sat, 10:00 am-4:00 pm)

--When your series has been renewed, a confirmation letter with labels will be mailed out to you the week of February 24.

• We strongly advise that you do not invest in material that publicizes your program’s airtime for the upcoming quarter until you have received confirmation of your renewal.

--The program schedule is determined at the sole discretion of the MNN Programming Department.

• We are committed to airing your program and will do our best to accommodate your schedule request. Please note that we cannot guarantee any time slot requests.

--It is vital that we have your updated contact information so that we can confirm your program air time(s) and communicate with you about upcoming deadlines or any other important information that impacts your show.

• MNN reserves the right to cancel a show if up-to-date contact information is not on file with MNN.
• If you are unsure that MNN has the correct contact information, please email your updated address to program@mnn.org or stop by the Programming Department on the Second Floor of our 59th St. Studios between 12:00 noon and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Any change of address must be accompanied by proper proof of residency. Please visit http://www.mnn.org/about-us/programming-policies for a full list of residency requirements.
