This Week on MNN we celebrate Black Businesses by featuring these MNN community produced programs: 

30 Frames a Second is a weekly program that features community leaders, activists and local politicians. Once a month host Nat Wood gives up his hosting seat to Lu Sierra for Women’s Takeover Week. On this special episode Lu talks with 3 powerhouse black business women,  Narai Wells podcaster/business owner, Veronica Keitt, founder of The People’s Film Festival and MNN Community Producer, Charlene Holms CEO/Founder of Imana Borena, Inc., a company that offers training to organizations looking for transformational learning related to diversity, equity and inclusion. Join this incredible panel as they discuss all things business. 

In celebration of Black History Month MNN’s El Barrio Firehouse Community Media Center hosted Dr. Danielle R. Moss, CEO at Oliver Scholars, and her colleagues, Arva Rice, CEO of the New York Urban League, and Ngozi Okaro, founder and CEO of Custom Collaborative to discuss Black women's leadership, tips on finding investments and much more. 

Empowering Women Everywhere introduces viewers to the work and services of local community organizations. Join host Nann Gil and her guest Representative Latyna Humphrey. Conducted before Rep. Humphrey was elected to the Ohio House of Representatives and while she was the president of Central Ohio’s Young Black Democrats, this inspiring interview highlights Humphrey’s work as an entrepreneur and community organizer. Watch this intriguing discussion only on MNN.
