In this episode mother and daughter grief counselors Dr. Gloria Horsley and Dr. Heidi Horsley invites a group of Dads to talk about the grieving process after losing a loved one and how they heal. Join us to get some dad friendly yoga tips and learn about support groups aimed at helping grieving dads.
