This Week

Join us this week on MNN to celebrate Juneteenth! Originating in Galveston, Texas, Juneteenth marks the emancipation of enslaved African Americans. Since 1865, it has been celebrated annually on June 19 across the country. In 2021, President Joe Biden signed the Juneteenth National Independence Day Act into law, making June 19 a federal holiday. Join us this week on MNN as we honor Black excellence.

Join us Sunday, June 16 starting at 1 PM and Wednesday, June 19 starting at 7 PM on MNN HD (Spectrum 1993)
