Totally Cool has been gracing MNN’s channels for over 25 years. MNN Community Member Richard Redna has taken MNN viewers to some of New York City's most exclusive fashion runways, after-parties, and shows. In celebration of New York's Village Halloween Parade, Richard treats us to footage from a Halloween Parade of the past. Join him as he navigates the crowds of the 2019 Halloween Parade, showcasing the unique and creative costumes for which New Yorkers are known for.
