Eagle Rock Reservation 2002 Dedication Ceremony. After the attacks on 9/11 people spontaneously gathered at Eagle Rock Reservation to view the tragedy unfold at the Twin Towers. They left cards, letters and flowers in an impromptu memorial in honor of their loved ones. In this special program, submitted by an MNN Community Member, we get to see the 2002 dedication of the official 9/11 memorial at Eagle Rock Reservation.

Open to Hope is a program hosted by mother and daughter duo Dr.’s Gloria and Heidi Horsley. These amazing women are therapists who specialize in grief counseling and help people find hope in their loss. In this emotional throwback episode, Dr. Heidi talks with Dave Turner, a retired FDNY Firefighter who lost 15 of his FDNY brothers during the 9/11 attacks. His Firehouse, which was located in Midtown Manhattan, was the only one to have an entire shift killed.
