This Week on MNN

Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed in the United States since 1949. Every year during the month of May, MNN shines a light on the national movement to raise awareness about mental health. The campaign also strives to reduce the stigma that surrounds mental illness so that people can more easily seek help.

Gotta Run with Will  brings viewers information about exercise, nutrition, and health. On this episode host Will Sanchez talks with Sasha Wolff, founder of Still I Run. An organization that raises awareness of mental health issues and promotes running as a form of therapy.
