Created in 1973 by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, this campaign aims to encourage people to make informed food choices and develop healthy eating and physical activity habits. This Week On MNN our Community Producers show us some of their favorite foods from salmon to salads.

Soul Gardens is a show that introduces viewers to OSS Project, a community organization that aims to create community gardens as a place to empower, celebrate and reclaim identity.  On this episode, host and nutritionist Deborah Johnson takes us on a journey to Jamaica. She talks about the wonderful properties of red beans as she interviews OSS gardeners Marixa Caraballo and Onofrida Burgos.
