Testing

The City of New York is working to expand testing for COVID-19 rapidly throughout the five boroughs. Check back regularly for more locations as testing sites continue to open.

Community testing sites operated by NYC Health + Hospitals listed below offer free and convenient testing on a walk-in basis, with no appointment necessary.
Seek testing at a community testing site if you:

  • Have COVID-19 symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of appetite or smell), regardless of age, chronic conditions, or occupation
  • Come in close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient, regardless of symptoms
  • Work in a congregate residential setting (nursing home, shelter, or adult care facility), regardless of symptoms
This week's #RepresentNYC, Dr. Ganatra encourages everyone to get #tested for #COVID19. Watch this Sunday May 24th at 7pm and Wednesday May 27th at 8pm only on MNN1 and MNNHD.

Testing is also available for essential workers and vulnerable populations through a partnership with One Medical, a national digital health and primary care provider. Testing is free, but an appointment is required. Register online or by phone. Learn more about getting tested with One Medical.

CityMD offers testing at all of its New York City sites on a walk-in basis, seven days per week. Visit CityMD for locations and hours throughout the five boroughs.
