Joined with the host is John Jay College of Criminal Justice Professor, Philip Yanos, a 5th year Ph.D. student, Beth Vayshenker and a former local police member, Ahmed Ennaitalla weighs in on the decision.

Swahili word ujamaa means 'extended family', 'brotherhood' or 'socialism'; as a political concept, it asserts that a person becomes a person through the people or community. On today’s episode, we’re going to get musical. To start things off, we’re going to drop some knowledge about music. 
The fourth episode of Ujamaa features Yvette Ramirez talking about the arts and self-expression. People on the streets were asked what they do to express themselves, and Aaron Douglas is the figure featured in the Fact of the Day.
