In this episode, Rachelle, Jen and Cristina interview Noel Quintana, a filipino whose face was slashed on February 3rd while riding the NYC subway on his way to work. They are also join in the conversation by Detective Cicero Coloma Jr. from the NYPD Asian Hate Crime Task Force.
