Other than film and local television production, Christopher’s roots in entertainment began as a touring vocalist where he was gifted the chance to perform on many stages – including the historic Apollo Theater alongside the songstress Roberta Flack; the NJ Pac with Darlene Love; and the Disney World Amphitheater. He has also made appearances on the Rosie O’ Donnell Show with the late rapper Coolio, Billboard Music Awards with the legendary Stevie Wonder, and solo features on MTV and PBS. Upcoming projects in 2025 include the one-man showcase Unbecoming a Crack Baby, and A Playground Unremembered, the short documentary film about his granduncle, Jaime (Porfirio) Campiz - a Puerto Rican athlete, Purple Heart military veteran, father and community leader, who had such an impact on the lives he touched, that a playground in Williamsburg, Brooklyn was named in honor of him. Writer, producer, performer, humorist and storyteller Christopher Albert humbly believes that humor is much more than just a singular tool used to escape the harsh realities of our world – it enriches it.
