Clip of the Week: “Witnessing History”

Congratulations to one of our 2015 Hometown Media Award winners—the “Access for All” series “Witnessing History” took home the award for Best Informational Talk Show (series).  Produced and directed by Gloria Messer, "Witnessing History" is a nine-part series that memorializes the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II. The series features interviews with guests including Lou Popovich, the President of the USS North Carolina Battleship Association, Corrine Willinger, an anti-war activist and Reiko Yamada, a survivor of the atomic bomb attacks on Japan, among others.

Watch host Heather Wokusch’s interview with Bronx-born activist Corinne Willinger, whose brother went missing in World War II.

"Access for All" airs every other Tuesday at 9:30 pm on MNN1 (TWC 34 & 1995, RCN 82, FiOS 33 and streaming live).
