This Week on MNN, join us as we revisit some of the best MNN original programming that aired on our channels in 2023. This celebration of creativity and diversity is what MNN is all about. So join us for a two hour block of some thought provoking, entertaining and inspiring MNN programming from this past year. 
 

Sunday, December 24 starting at 1 PM and Wednesday, December 27 starting at 7 PM on MNN HD (Spectrum 1993).

Sounds from El Barrio is the brainchild of MNN’s El Barrio Firehouse staff. It is a space for emerging artists from all over NYC to feature their work in MNN’s state of the art studios. On this episode, we feature  Sangha Tierra, a 9 piece band that performs socially and spiritually conscious world music. Join us for some unique sounds you'll only hear on MNN.

Talking Pictures with Neil Rosen is a monthly critic roundtable show where they debate what is worth watching when it comes to new releases, hidden gems and Hollywood classics. On this episode, host Neil Rosen sits with fellow critics Roger Friedman, Bill McCuddy, and Perri Nemiroff to discuss Bradley Cooper in Maestro, Ridley Scott’s Napoleon with Joaquin Phoenix, Emma Stone in Poor Things, Brie Larson in Lessons in Chemistry and more!

The Radical Imagination host Jim Vrettos is a sociologist who has taught at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Yeshiva University. In this special edition titled, Imagining a President with Radical Love, Jim Vrettos welcomes back his very first guest: Dr. Cornel West, who is now running for the presidency of The United States as an independent. Dr. West is Professor of Philosophy and Christian Practice at Union Theological Seminary, and former University Professor at Harvard University and Professor Emeritus at Princeton University.
