MNN Election Programming

If you still haven’t made up your mind about the candidates vying for city-wide office this Election Day, MNN’s got you covered. Our Represent NYC Election team has been producing local election programming since before the June primaries. It’s simple. Our programming features the candidates introducing themselves to the voters and then debating one another. MNN’s Represent NYC Election programming doesn’t editorialize, judge or play favorites. We pull back the curtain and you make the decisions. The best time to catch this programming will be tonight, November 1 on Spectrum 34 beginning at 8PM. In the first half hour, we bring you the candidates in their own words and then we follow up with candidate debates for NY Congressional District 12; NY Assembly District 73; NY State Senate District 28; and NY State Senate District 26. If you don’t have time to catch the programming on our channels, you can watch all the candidate statements and debates on demand on our Represent NYC Election Coverage Program Page.

Then, on Election Day, be sure to watch the most recent episode of MNN’s Election Show with hosts Dr. Christina Greer, Dr. Lincoln Mitchell and strategist Matt McDermott.  The team discusses Trump and Biden's final days campaigning before the general election. Plus, strategies to win battleground states and what the latest polling numbers reveal. You can catch it at 6:30PM on Spectrum 1993 or watch it on demand on our Election Show Program Page.

And be sure to end your day with MNN as we present a 3-hour Democracy Now! Election Night Special hosted by Amy Goodman, Juan Gonzalez and Nermeen Shaikh.  The broadcast will feature the latest results and analysis from the sharpest journalists, activists and thinkers across the United States. The Democracy Now! Election Night Special starts at 9PM and can be seen on Spectrum 34 & 1993, RCN 82, FiOS 33, or watch it on our live stream on MNN's homepage.

Please, take the time to vote safely.
