Decade of Fire Screening at MNN El Barrio Firehouse

Throughout the 1970's fires consumed the South Bronx. Black and Puerto Rican residents were blamed for the devastation even as they battled to save their neighborhoods. Come watch as Bronx-born Vivian Vazquez she pursues the truth: uncovering policies of racism and neglect that still shape our cities, and offering hope to communities on the brink today.

Come join us Feburary 13th at 6pm for a free screening and dialogue with the filmmakers about how to build the communities we want and deserve. For more details and to RSVP click here
