Coming Up on The Youth Channel: Celebrating Young Voices

MNN is proud to provide the resources and a platform for New York City’s young people to realize their potential and use their voices for social good. Every weeknight, we broadcast original content created by both our Youth Media Center participants and our talented partner organizations from around the country.

Coming up on The Youth Channel, learn about diabetes prevention on “NightCap,” student athletics in Canada on “State of Mind,” and a variety of issues pertaining to NYC’s young people in the latest collection of videos by our youth producers. At the end of the week, don’t miss the fictional work of art, “Divine Liquidation” by an All American High School Film Festival winner.

The Youth Channel airs programming every weeknight from 6-7pm on MNN 4 (FiOS 36, RCN 85, TWC 67 & 1998).

Divine Liquidation - an All American High School Film Festival production

We’re proud to partner with AAHSFF to showcase award-winning short productions created by youth for youth. The short film “Divine Liquidation” is loosely based on the Bible's Book of Job and features a hard working, young, and loyal employee who is sent into a sudden and unwarranted downward spiral. The resulting experience causes him to question his loyalty to the company and his mysterious boss.
