Introduction to Color with DaVinci Resolve

Ready to fall in love with color? This course takes you inside the world of a colorist. Learn about the power of color in video production and how to stylize your footage to create a visual tone for your video projects. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: All students registering for in-person classes will be required to complete a COVID-19 Acknowledgement Form upon arrival to the first session. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the course start time to complete this form in-person. Failure to complete this form will result in not being admitted into class and no refund will be issued.

Course Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic Video Editing experience with Davinci Resolve recommended

In-person Learning Information

  • Participants must agree to MNN's COVID-19 policy to take in-person courses
  • Course will have limited capacity 
  • Students will not share equipment during the duration of the course
  • Students must supply their own headphones

Online Learning Information

  • Mac or PC with Installed version of Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve 16
  • For the best experience, we recommend using computers with larger displays (20" or higher) or dual monitor setups.
  • Internet Connection (minimum of 2Mbs)
