Gizella Weisshaus is a survivor of the Nazi Holocaust. As a young girl of 16 she was interned in the infamous Auswitch concentration camp. Originally from Romania her family had acquired some wealth, and through the horrible vicissitudes of that time, much of which was deposited in a unnumbered account of a Swiss bank. After coming to America with her husband and children in 1950 she lead a upstanding life and ;later discovered the existence the the Swiss Bank account and obtained a Lawyer and assistance of various Jewish agencies to help recover the funds. She was the first named member of a class action suit that came to be generically referred to as the Swiss Bank Matter. She claims she was frauduently deprived of her claim by what she calls a corrupt Court system in the United States and New York and at one point she says the situation here reminds her of the Nazi Time in Europe.
