The holidays are fast approaching and while we encourage you to relax and enjoy it, don’t forget to keep fighting for what’s right. Next week on the Youth Channel, watch programming that highlights societal issues and what the youth are doing to promote lasting change.

Kingsbridge Gentrification, part 1
The redevelopment plans of the Kingsbridge Armory has turned many Bronx residents and merchants to skeptical critics as development plans of the new world’s largest ice-skating center are starting to become more visible.
In this Youth Channel feature, follow Jay Espy, who is a tenant of one of the buildings around the Kingsbridge Road area and organizer of People Power Movement. You’ll learn about the ramifications that the new development of the Kingsbridge Armory is causing to local businesses and tenants alike.
