Film Club at the Firehouse

Join us on Friday, September 7th for the first meeting of the Firehouse's new Film Club! We will be screening "James Baldwin: The Price of the Ticket" in our main studio.

This documentary tells James Baldwin's story in his own words. Using interviews from many of Baldwin's close friends, colleagues, and critics, Karen Thorsen has created a beautiful portrait.

Film Club features monthly screenings of important documentary films that will inform, entertain, and create a forum for discussion - History, politics, education, community, resistance, and spirituality. Be informed, stimulated, and inspired.
